Adam Tischler is a personal trainer serving Portand, Westbrook, Stroudwater, Sagamore, Deering, South Portland, Scarborough, Gorham, and Falmouth with over 20 years of experience in the fitness and personal training industry. Adam focuses on using the correct exercise modality to achieve maximal results while minimizing injury risk.

Adam designs a scientifically sound personal training program for each of his clients to meet each clients’ individual fitness needs.
